As ya’ll know, my life has been complete chaos for the past couple of weeks. Travel, being away from my family, having a TERRIBLE flight, being crazy busy starting a new job and trying to keep things afloat.

You know when you start a new job and you have to do all those annoying but necessary administrative things like update your insurance, and get your direct deposit going, and fill out tons and tons of paperwork, and do onboarding training? Well, I’ve also been doing all of those things! So, I’ve been a little overwhelmed. But like I said last week, it’s best to take one thing at a time. Needless to say, this week’s blog is gonna be short. and. sweet. 🙂

So, while I was traveling, I had access to a gym the entire time. However…not everything went as planned. Either the gym was super busy at peak times, and I couldn’t get the machines/weights I needed. Or I was there at strange hours because I was going a mile a minute for work, had to catch a flight at a funky time, or whatever else. Unfortunately, I had very little time to get a good workout in. SO, I looked up some quick calorie burners on the net for things I could do either in my room, or at the gym (or wherever I was at that minute!) to keep active, close my rings, and ultimately self-soothe.

Check out my favorite below from Carrots N Cake, and try these movements wherever you are, with or without dumbells, and do as many rounds as you have time for, as many times per day as you need to to burn some danged calories while you’re forced to eat out!
